Setup

Using the Belt Clip

Youcanuseabeltcliptohangthehandsetonyourbelt

forgreaterconveniencewhenusingaheadsetorwhen

expectingacall.

To attach the belt clip:

Lineupandinsertthebeltclipintotheholesoneachside

ofthehandset.Pressdownuntilitclicks.

To remove the belt clip:

Pulleithersideofthebeltcliptoreleasethetabsfrom

theholes.

Using a Headset

Youcanconnectanoptionalheadsetwitha

inch(2.5mm)plug.

Opentherubbercoveronthesideofthehandset.Theninsertthe

headset’splugintothejack.

Whenyounishusingtheheadset,disconnectitfromthehandset

andclosetherubbercovertoprotectthejack.

n Note: If you place the handset on the base to recharge it while

the headset is connected, be sure the handset seats properly.

Handset Setup Menu

PressMENU whenphoneisnotinusetoenterthehandsetsetup

menu.

PressRING/VOL +/–toselectmenuoptions.Anarrowappearsinfrontofthe

selectedoption.

Auto Talk

AutoTalkallowsyoutoanswerthephonewithoutpressingTALK.WhenAuto

TalkisOn,Removingthehandsetfromthebaseanswersthecall.

1. PressMENU.

2. SelectAuto Talk.

3. PressSELECT totogglebetweenOnandOff.

4. PressMENUandreturnhandsettothebase.
